If we had to use just one word to sum up Kate and Jacob’s engagement session, it would be the word SWEET! They were so cute with each other, and we loved how they interacted with each other! Wait til you see these beautiful images that they will cherish forever!
Kate and Jacob found us on the Knot and reached out to us to shoot their engagement session here in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Two things they shared about themselves really help us to pick the right location for their shoot. 1) They are outdoor people, and they love everything to do on water, such as boating, fishing, and kayaking; 2) They love U.S. history and are both veterans! (Thank you both for your services!) We split the session in two locations: 1) The Rappahannock river banks and 2) the Theatre Museum downtown Fredericksburg, VA. Each location represented the two things mattered to them the most! The session went smooth and fast, and with just a little gentle coaching, they were pros in front of the camera! We absolutely loved the time we spent with Kate and Jacob.
Kate and Jacob have been together for three years, but they’ve been coworkers/friends since about 2012! They worked together, became good friends, helped each other through a lot, and fell in love. Jacob proposed to Kate while on a vacation with her family in Kentucky. They are excited to make their blended family official, and we wish them a life time of happiness!
